Order Fulfillment Policy

Our goal is to fulfill all orders within 5-10 business days. 

Please understand we are a small family business and that we only keep a small inventory of our apparel or engraveable items in stock at all times. Our goal is to deliver your items as fast as possible, but we may need to get items from our suppliers first. 

You are more than welcome to reach out to us with any questions about your order’s status at any time at: deercreekboutique@proton.me. If we are not able to deliver the item in a timeline that feels appropriate to you we are happy to cancel the order for you. 

Important Note: If the item has already been personalized or customized we will not be able to cancel or refund your order.
